Mining Excellence Manager

PT Bangka Mineral Resources is seeking a Mining Excellence Manager to lead our commitment to operational excellence in Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung. As a Mining Excellence Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, optimize mining processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing best practices in mining operations, conducting regular audits, and providing training to ensure our team meets the highest standards of performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mining operations.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the mining team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize mining processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all mining activities comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the mining team to foster a culture of excellence.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve mining operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives in a mining environment.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations and standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Proficiency in using mining software and tools such as AutoCAD, MineSight, and Surpac.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with environmental and safety management systems (EHSMS).
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related continuous improvement methodology is a plus.
