📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver engaging and effective Science and Math lessons tailored to the needs of Elementary and Middle School students.
• Utilize interactive teaching methods and real-world examples to make complex concepts understandable and exciting.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their academic performance.
• Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and enhance student learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with other educators to develop and refine teaching strategies and materials.
• Attend regular professional development sessions to stay updated on the latest educational techniques and technologies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and student-friendly tutoring space.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching Science and Math to Elementary and Middle School students.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian National Curriculum (Kurikulum Nasional Indonesia).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Familiarity with educational technology and tools such as Google Classroom, Kahoot!, and Quizizz.
• Passionate about inspiring and mentoring young learners.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
