📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations of the outlet, including inventory, staff scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet, including equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on sales and operational performance.
• Train and develop new staff members to ensure high standards of service.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.
• Proven experience in managing daily operations and staff.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
