📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic resource management plans to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Oversee the acquisition, allocation, and distribution of resources to various operational units.
• Monitor and analyze resource performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Lead a team of resource managers and ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and training.
• Collaborate with other executive team members to align resource strategies with overall business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in resource management.
• Foster a culture of sustainability and operational excellence within the organization.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our resource management practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Resource Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in resource management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing resources in a dynamic and resource-rich environment.
• Strong knowledge of resource management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in resource management or a related field is a plus.
