📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement lubrication programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
• Monitor and maintain lubrication schedules using SAP PM and Maximo.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to identify and address lubrication issues.
• Train and mentor team members on lubrication best practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of lubrication practices with overall maintenance strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to lubrication and maintenance.
• Analyze lubrication data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance lubrication efficiency and reduce operational costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in lubrication and maintenance, preferably in a mining or industrial setting.
• Certification in lubrication and maintenance practices, such as Certified Lubrication Specialist (CLS) or Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP).
• Proficient in using SAP PM and Maximo for maintenance management.
• Strong knowledge of lubrication systems, equipment, and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
