📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a high-quality and diverse workforce.
• Manage employee performance through regular feedback and development programs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Administer and manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Collaborate with department heads to design and implement training and development programs.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR management software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in managing a diverse and multicultural workforce.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
