📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards.
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance with QMS policies and procedures.
Provide training and guidance to staff on QMS requirements and best practices.
Monitor and analyze QMS performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Prepare and present audit reports to management and stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest ISO standards and industry best practices.
Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance and certification.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Certification in ISO 9001 or equivalent (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.) is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems or related roles.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with quality management software such as SAP QM or similar tools.
