You will work closely with our finance team to prepare and analyze financial statements, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct reconciliations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Support the finance team in preparing and submitting financial reports to government agencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data is used in decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks or similar software.
• Provide financial support to project teams, including budget tracking and forecasting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial reporting and closing.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
