Assistant Architect

Tan'ck Architect is seeking a talented Assistant Architect to join our team in the beautiful island of Bali. You will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and models, and for coordinating with contractors and clients to bring our visions to life. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist senior architects in the development and refinement of architectural concepts and designs.
• Create detailed drawings, plans, and models using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction work is in accordance with the approved plans.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and regulations.
• Mentor and train junior staff members in architectural principles and practices.
• Contribute to the development of project proposals and presentations for client meetings.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to discuss project ideas and solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of architectural projects and designs.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
