📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and manage Dayforce solutions, including HR, payroll, and timekeeping, to meet client requirements.
• Provide expert consulting and support to clients, ensuring smooth integration and adoption of Dayforce.
• Conduct system training and workshops for clients to maximize the benefits of Dayforce.
• Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR operations and strategic alignment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR technology and consulting.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Dayforce or similar HR systems is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR consulting, preferably with Dayforce.
• Strong knowledge of HR and payroll processes, and a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in working with remote teams and clients in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
