📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning glassware and restocking supplies.
• Assist bartenders with mixing drinks and ensuring the bar runs smoothly during peak hours.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests and ensuring they have a pleasant experience.
• Work collaboratively with the bar team to meet daily sales targets.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
• Participate in inventory management and restocking bar supplies as needed.
• Promote a fun and lively atmosphere in the bar, engaging with guests and ensuring they feel welcome.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a bar or hospitality role, preferably in a high-energy environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and bar techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of alcohol and beverage laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
