📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct job interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and cultural fit.,Maintain a strong employer brand and represent the company as a recruiter.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
