Depot Anggi Tea is looking for a dynamic and friendly Senior Receptionist to join our team. As the face of our company, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere, while also efficiently managing front desk operations. If you have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and customers in a professional and friendly manner.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures.,Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and courteously.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive guest experience.,Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a receptionist or similar role.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Computer literacy, including proficiency in office software.,Knowledge of hotel or receptionist procedures and best practices.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg).
