Star Sky Sentosa is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our remote restaurant operations in Yogyakarta. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food cost management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop restaurant staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and local laws.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a remote setting.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and profitability.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
