Klinik Oka Geprek is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the logistics operations of our clinic, ensuring that all supplies and equipment are efficiently delivered and stored. You will work closely with our team to maintain a well-organized and functional logistics system, contributing to the overall success of our clinic.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the logistics operations of the clinic, including the procurement, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment.,Ensure that all supplies and equipment are delivered on time and in the required quantities.,Maintain an organized and efficient inventory system, including tracking and updating stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that orders are placed and received in a timely manner.,Monitor and manage transportation and delivery services, ensuring that all shipments are tracked and delivered safely.,Work closely with the clinic team to ensure that all logistics needs are met and that the clinic runs smoothly.,Implement and maintain logistics policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Provide regular reports on logistics operations, including inventory levels, delivery times, and any issues or concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in a healthcare or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, including ERP, WMS, and TMS.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to logistics and supply chain management.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.
