📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate employee benefits and manage payroll processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct employee training and development programs.
  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Support the HR team in managing employee performance and engagement.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with HR information systems and software.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
  • Passionate about learning and contributing to a positive work environment.
