ISO Officer (Quality Management System)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance with QMS policies and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on QMS requirements and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze QMS performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present audit reports to management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest ISO standards and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance and certification.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or equivalent (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.) is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with quality management software such as SAP QM or similar tools.
