📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.,Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and guidance to employees.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and support.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying them to improve team performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Previous experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
