The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting recruitment processes, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, and interviewing candidates.,Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.,Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitating employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.,Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.,Managing employee benefits and ensuring compliance with benefit plans.,Assisting in the planning and execution of training programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
