Port Town Jaya is seeking a dedicated Deputy Kitchen Crew to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the head chef and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Prepare and stock food ingredients as needed.,Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in inventory management and food cost control.,Participate in kitchen staff meetings and training sessions.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the head chef.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.,Familiarity with basic cooking techniques and food safety standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
