📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
• Manage and train the team to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee daily operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the property.
• Promote and uphold the company's values and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license.
• Previous experience in a similar role in Bali is a plus.
