In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our brand ambassadors in promoting our products and services to our target audience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist brand ambassadors in planning and executing promotional activities and events.,Support in creating engaging content for social media and other marketing channels.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales campaigns and promotions.,Monitor and report on the performance of promotional activities.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, sales, or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must.
