📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and evaluate potential sites for acquisition.
  • Conduct due diligence on potential sites.
  • Negotiate and finalize acquisition agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth acquisition process.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of acquired sites.
  • Maintain accurate records of all site acquisitions.
  • Provide regular reports on site acquisition activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian real estate market.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of successful site acquisitions.
  • Understanding of financial and legal aspects of property acquisition.
