As a Senior Collection Officer, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the collection team, ensuring that overdue loans are recovered efficiently and effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the collection team, ensuring that they meet their targets and KPIs.,Develop and implement effective collection strategies to recover overdue loans.,Conduct regular follow-ups with borrowers to ensure timely payments and prevent defaults.,Monitor and report on collection performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Train and mentor junior collection officers to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex collection cases and minimize losses.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and outcomes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the collection industry, preferably in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian credit and collection practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
