📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Drive the development and success of risk products and solutions for our ecosystem partners.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand partner needs and develop innovative solutions.
  • Define and execute on product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with Stripe's business goals.
  • Measure and analyze product performance, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Represent Stripe at industry events and conferences, sharing insights and expertise.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on risk management or financial services.
  • Deep understanding of risk management principles, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products and solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
