📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.,Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products and services at competitive prices.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and documentation.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of materials and supplies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contracts.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
