Urban Smart Group is looking for a dedicated Outlet Manager to join our team. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our outlet in Palembang. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staffing, inventory, and sales.,Ensure the outlet meets all company standards and regulations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales.,Manage and train staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the outlet.,Prepare and submit regular reports on outlet performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing and training staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.,Understanding of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
